Saskatoon Web Design was launched in July of 2007 when I moved from Edmonton to Saskatoon. Previously, I operated a freelance web design business from Blizzard Design in Edmonton, Alberta.

I focus on making websites for small businesses and community organizations in my local area. Unlike other freelancers, I do have a business licence to operate in Saskatoon and am a registered sole proprietorship in the province of Saskatchewan.

I have both a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Certificate in Web Design from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (Alberta's equivalent to SIAST).

My BA degree included courses from Computing Science, Art and Design, and my minor was in English. To complement those soft skills, my Web Design certificate cemented my knowledge of accessibility issues in design, XHTML/CSS coding, Flash and Photoshop techniques, and much more.
